Bigg Boss OTT 2 HIGHLIGHTS: Pooja Bhatt Cites Reason For Disliking Aaliya Siddiqui To Abhishek Malhan
Salman Khan is back again as a host for celebrity reality show 'Bigg Boss OTT 2'. The show started streaming on JioCinema from June 17.
Palak Purswani, who has been evicted from Bigg Boss OTT 2 said that her journey inside the house would have been better and longer of her ex-beau Avinash Sachdeva was not the contestant. Speaking to Indian Express after her eviction, she said that her journey would have been better if he was not around.
"He already had his own group and I don’t know what he told them about me. Everyone judged me from his perspective. He kept on telling everyone that I don’t listen to anyone. He hasn’t met me in more than a year, how does he know I have not evolved into a new person? He is playing a dirty game and acting so fake. I know Avinash for years and I can tell you that he is nothing like what he is projecting on the show. Even I want to see how long does he last with this gyaani image and his boring game," she told Indian Express.
Aaliya Siddiqui was evicted from the house in a surprise midweek eviction. After coming out of the house, Aaliya spoke with Indian Express and said that she thinks Pooja Bhatt is responsible for her eviction. “They cannot see good in anything. Pooja ji has achieved so much in life yet she is so bitter and negative about others. She kept on targeting me that I am trying to hide a side of mine. When the reality is that I am a little reserved person and I take time to open up. I cannot fight or talk ill about others for the camera like them. I really don’t know what issue she had with me. I was strong enough to call her out and nominate her when needed," she told Indian Express.
She also said that Salman Khan was biased for calling her out for speaking about her personal life with Nawazuddin Siddiqui. “Salman ji bilkul biased ho ke bole. Waha ek star ne ek star ka support kiya hai (He was totally biased there; he supported his colleague)," she said.
In a major twist, Bigg Boss has directly nominated Abhishek Malhan, Jiya Shankar and Akanksha Puri as a punishment for discussing nomination. The three were seen discussing contestants for nomination process, breaking a big rule of the house. Discussing nominations is prohibited in the Bigg Boss house.
In the latest episode, Bebika and Jiya Shankar had a big fight and they hurled abuses at each other.
Amid a discussion about household chores in the living room, an ugly spat began between Jiya and Bebika.
Bebika was the first to use derogatory language, to which Jiya retaliated with offensive language. Pooja Bhatt intervened and asked the two to calm down.
However, Jiya did not stop arguing that Bebika should be the one to stop first. Jiya later reiterated her request for everyone to treat each other with respect.

This week Aaliya Siddiqui and Jiya Shankar were nominated for elimination and in a surprise mid-week eviction Aaliya was evicted. Bigg Boss on Tuesday announced that audiences will be taking over the game and eliminating one contestant. Aaliya was evicted as she got lesser votes than Jiya. Abhishek Malhan is one of the most popular contestants of Bigg Boss OTT 2. Before entering the house, the content creator had spoken to ETimes and said that he did the show only because Salman Khan was hosting it. When asked about any specific gameplan, he said, "In today’s world, I feel a video creator or a content creator are a bigger brand than any other TV personality or the so called celebrities. I feel they should have a game plan than me having a game plan."
Aaliya Siddiqui has been talking about her separation with Nawazuddin Siddiqui on the show. Salman Khan had slammed her during the Weekend Ka Vaaar for speaking about her personal life. Now another contestant Pooja Bhatt also advised her the same.
