Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has made waves on social media with his comments about the situation between Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi. He urged Salman to give a strong “counter threat” to the gangster. After the murder of politician Baba Siddique, who has ties to Bishnoi, Varma shared his views on X (formerly Twitter).

Varma, known for his bold comments, said he hopes Salman Khan will stand up and respond to Bishnoi’s threat.
“I wish @BeingSalmanKhan will give a SUPER COUNTER THREAT to B or otherwise, it will look like a COWARDICE of the TIGER STAR… SK owes it to his fans to rise up as the BIGGER SUPERHERO in comparison to B,” he wrote in his post.
Ram Gopal Varma’s comments come amid the ongoing tension between Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi, the gangster who is said to have a grudge against the actor from the 1998 Black Buck poaching case.

The filmmaker, who is considering a biopic on Lawrence, also mentioned that he doesn’t know any movie star more “good looking” than the gangster. Ram Gopal Varma shared a photo of Lawrence in an orange t-shirt and a black-and-orange hoodie.
He wrote, “If a film is based on the BIGGEST GANGSTER , no film maker will cast a guy who looks like DAWOOD IBRAHIM or CHOTA RAJAN ..But here , I don’t know a single FILM STAR who is more GOOD LOOKING than B.”
Who is Lawrence Bishnoi?
Lawrence Bishnoi, who was a child when the famous blackbuck poaching case happened, has reportedly promised to take revenge on Salman Khan for killing the deer, an animal respected by the Bishnoi community. The poaching incident happened while filming ‘Hum Saath-Saath Hain’ in Rajasthan and has created ongoing tension between them.
On the work front, Salman Khan is currently filming for Sikandar. Meanwhile, Ram Gopal Varma last helmed the Telugu movie ‘Vyooham’.
