Goa on Monday achieved 78.94% voting.
The highest voter turnout was recorded in the Sanquelim constituency at 89.64%. North Goa has registered a maximum turnout of 79% than South Goa at 78%. In today's polling 14 EVM's & 8 ballet were replaced: Goa Chief Electoral Officer Kunal informed, as reported by ANI.
According to the approximate trend on ECI's Voter Turnout App, the voting percentage is as follows:
Goa - 78.55%
Uttar Pradesh - 61.20%
Uttarakhand - 59.51%
Goa recorded 75.29% voter turnout and Uttarakhand 59.37% till 5 pm, shows Election Commission data. Uttar Pradesh witnessed 60.44% voting in the second phase of Assembly elections.

An average voter turnout of 39.07 per cent was recorded till 1 pm on Monday in Uttar Pradesh as polling for the second phase of the state assembly elections picked up pace after a slow start.
Voting kicked off in 55 assembly seats spread across nine districts at 7 am.
Additional Chief Election Officer Brahma Dev Ram Tiwari said polling in the state has been peaceful so far.
The first two hours of polling saw few voters reaching polling booths owing to fog and cold conditions. But as the day progressed, more and more voters stepped out of their homes to exercise their franchise.
As many as 586 candidates are in the fray in this phase.
The 55 seats are spread across Saharanpur, Bijnor, Moradabad, Sambhal, Rampur, Amroha, Budaun, Bareilly and Shahjahanpur districts.
According to the Election Commission, Saharanpur recorded a voter turnout of 42.44 per cent till 1 pm, Bijnor 38.64 per cent, Moradabad 42.28 per cent, Sambhal 38.01 per cent, Rampur 40.10 per cent, Amroha 40.90 per cent, Budaun 35.57 per cent, Bareilly 39.41 per cent and Shahjahanpur 35.47 per cent.
Goa reported 44.63 per cent voter turnout till 1 pm for all the 40 assembly constituencies as polling for single-phase State Assembly elections are underway, informed Election Commission of India on Monday. The polling in the coastal state began at 7 am and will end at 6 pm today.
As per Election Commission data, Sanquelim from where Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is contesting Goa Assembly polls continues to witness the highest percentage of voters' turnout of 54 per cent followed by Sanguem with 53.91 per cent voter turnout. In the Priol constituency, around 51.55 per cent of people have cast their votes till 1 pm and Quepem has recorded a voter turnout of 50.94 per cent. Valpoi recorded the lowest voter turnout with 39 per cent till 1 pm, according to the Election Commission of India.

Uttarakhand reported 18.97 per cent voter turnout till 11 am for the 70 members Assembly elections on Monday, according to the Election Commission of India. The polling in the hilly state started at 8 am and will end at 6 pm. The prestigious Haridwar Assembly seat reported the highest percentage of voter turnout at 22.41 per cent followed by Nainital (20.63 per cent) and Udham Singh Nagar (20.54 per cent).
The BJP has fielded sitting MLA and party president Madan Kaushik from the Haridwar seat. He's challenged by the Congress nominee Satpal Brahmachari. Meanwhile, Almora reported 15,04 per cent, Bageshwar 16.60 per cent, Chamoli 17.58 per cent, Champawat 17.88 per cent, Dehradun 18.80 per cent, Pauri Garhwal 16.46 per cent, Pithoragarh 14.96 per cent, Rudraprayag 19.39 per cent, Tehri Garhwal 16.61 per cent, and Uttarkashi reported 16.79 per cent.
Taking credit for "100% vaccination" of first dose, Yogi Adityanath said, "BJP vaccine saved the nation."

Soon after polling in Goa began, the Congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday urged people to vote and asked the electorate to "choose development".

Election 2022 Voting HIGHLIGHTS: Hello and welcome ABP Live for the latest update on polling day from Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Goa.
Polling is underway in Uttar Pradesh for the second of seven-phase, while the 70-member Uttarakhand and 40-member Goa assemblies are conducting polls today as well.
Voters can cast their votes in UP and Goa from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, while polling time in Uttarakhand is from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
During the 2nd phase of polls in Uttar Pradesh, 55 assembly seats are going to polls from nine districts.
During the 2017 UP assembly polls, BJP bagged 38 out of the 55 seats which are going for polls in this phase while Samajwadi Party won 15 and Congress got the remaining two seats.
In Uttarakhand, a total of 632 candidates are vying for 70 assembly seats.
In the 2017 Uttarakhand assembly election, BJP secured a thumping majority capturing 56 seats while Congress could manage to get 11 seats. Two independent candidates were also elected.
In Goa, 301 candidates including 26 women are contesting for 40 assembly seats.
In the two-phase assembly elections held in 2017, Congress emerged as the single largest party capturing 17 seats while BJP managed to get 13 seats. Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party and Goa Forward Party bagged three seats each while the Nationalist Congress party got one and the remaining three seats were won by the independent candidates.
Keeping the spread of covid-19 in view, Election Commission decided to allow a maximum of 1,250 electors in a polling station instead of the earlier stipulation of 1,500 electors. Hence, increasing the overall number of polling booths.
