Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has bagged the Sangrur Lok Sabha seat. Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer of AAP was able to register a win which was earlier held by Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann.
Congress secured a win in the Fatehgarh Sahib Lok Sabha seat. Congress' Amar Singh won the Lok Sabha seat from Punjab.
Congress has registered victory from the Tura Lok Sabha seat in Meghalaya. Saleng A Sangma secured a total of 383919 votes and his victory margin was 155241 votes.
From the Chitradurga Lok Sabha seat in Karnataka, BJP's Govind Makthappa Karjol has won. He secured a victory by a margin of 48121 votes over his rival.
BJP candidate Manju Sharma has won from the Jaipur Lok Sabha seat. She defeated Congress candidate Pratap Singh Khachariyawas by a margin of 3,31,767 votes.
Congress has opened their Lok Sabha account with a win in Punjab. Former Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi has bagged his Jalandhar Lok Sabha seat. He defeated BJP candidate Sushil Kumar Rinku by a margin of 1,75,993 votes.

Lok Sabha Election Results 2024: Process Of Counting of Votes
Counting of Postal Ballots:
- Under Rule 54 A of the Conduct of Elections Rules 1961, the counting of postal ballot papers shall start first at the Returning Officer's (RO) table.
- Only postal ballot papers received by the RO before the hour fixed for the commencement of counting shall be taken up for counting.
Commencement of EVM Vote Counting:
- After 30 minutes of starting the postal ballot count, the counting of votes from EVMs should begin.
- If there are no postal ballot papers in the constituency, the counting of votes from EVMs can start at the scheduled time.
Requirements for Counting EVM Votes:
- The Control Unit (CU) of the EVM used in the polling station is required for the counting of votes along with Form 17C.
- Counting officials shall ensure that the paper seal on the CUs is intact and that the total votes polled tally with those mentioned in Form 17C before ascertaining the result.
Recording Results:
- The result of the control unit shall be noted in Part-II of Form 17C after showing it to the counting supervisor, micro observer, and counting agents of candidates.
- In case of non-display of results in the control unit's display panel, VVPAT slips of the respective VVPAT shall be counted after the completion of all CUs count.
- Candidate-wise results of each CU shall be noted in Part II of Form 17C and signed by the counting supervisor and counting agents of candidates present at the counting table.
- Form 17C of each polling station should be sent to the officer compiling the final result sheet in Form 20.
Counting of VVPAT Slips:
- Counting of VVPAT slips shall start only after the completion of counting of votes from CUs.
- Mandatory verification of VVPAT slips of randomly selected five polling stations per assembly constituency/each assembly segment of a parliamentary constituency shall be done only after the completion of the counting of votes.
Re-verification and Declaration:
- When the margin of victory is less than the number of postal ballot papers rejected, all such rejected postal ballot papers shall be mandatorily re-verified before the declaration of the result.
- If two candidates get an equal number of highest votes, the result will be declared by a draw of lots.
