PM Narendra Modi paid floral tribute to Balasaheb Thackeray in Mumbai, Maharashtra, reported ANI.
While addressing a public rally in Mumbai, Maharashtra, PM Modi said, "Congress kept saying for 60 years that they will eradicate poverty... In their 20-25 minute speech from the Red Fort, the Prime ministers of this family spoke on poverty... They made poor people feel as if they were born to live in poverty... In 10 years, Modi brought 25 crore people out of poverty. What seemed impossible, became possible", reported ANI.
While addressing a public rally, in Mumbai, Maharashtra PM Modi said, "The government who did not trust the capabilities of Indians, was inefficient... I have seen Prime Ministers who called Indians lazy from the Red Fort... PMs with such a mentality cannot develop India. Under the guidance of Gandhiji, if the Congress had been dissolved after independence, the country would have been 5 decades ahead from now", reported ANI.
JMM expelled Sita Soren, sister-in-law of ex-Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, from party's primary membership for 6 years, reported PTI.
Addressing a public rally in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said, "4 phases of Lok Sabha elections have been completed in the country, 3 phases are still to be held... Only one slogan is being echoed 'Abki baar 400 paar'...."

Bengaluru: Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge said, "The PM is extremely nervous. His narratives have been only on issues which have no bearing on the election. He doesn't speak on unemployment, economic inequality, subversion of the constitution or his weak foreign policy. All he is talking about is MangalSutra, Muslim, south vs north divide, upper community vs lower community. This is all he's speaking about. So it goes to show that the PM is extremely nervous about the elections", reported ANI.
BJP releases ‘Aarop Patra’ against Congress and AAP, naming it ‘loot mein bhagidaar’.
“This ‘Aarop Patra’ includes all the records of AAP on how it looted the public of Delhi and how Congress joined hands with AAP. Our party has worked on this detailed ‘Aarop Patra’, which includes liquor scam, education scam, panic button scam, and transport scam which has been done by Delhi government," says Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva during a press conference.
