Mahayuti has won 230 of the 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly election, with the saffron party emerging as the single largest party, bagging 132 seats on its own. Mahayuti comprises of the BJP, Ajit Pawar’s NCP, and CM Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. The BJP won 132 seats, Shinde Sena bagged 57 seats, and the NCP won 41.

The MVA, which comprises of Congress, NCP-SP, and Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT) managed to win merely 48 seats. Congress bagged 16 seats, Sena (UBT) 20, and Sharad Pawar's NCP 10. Two seats were won by Samajwadi Party.
