We clearly believe that infiltrators should not get any kind of protection on this land of heroes, he said in a post on X in Hindi.Today, the tribal community has become a minority in many districts, including Pakur and Sahibganj. What will happen if we cannot protect the lands of the indigenous people and the dignity of our women? he added.Soren announced the BJP would very soon launch the next phase of its campaign in the Santhal Parganas over the issue.Governments will come and go, parties will be formed and dissolved but our society must remain, our tribal identity must remain, otherwise nothing will be left, he said.Alleged infiltration from Bangladesh was one of the key issues on which BJP fought the assembly elections, but it failed to cut much ice among the people. Earlier, in the Lok Sabha elections, a wrong narrative was set. Now the people of India and Maharashtra have come out of that wrong narrative...The people have shown which one is the real Shiv Sena...Devendra Fadnavis was tried to be defamed. The schemes under the leadership of Eknath Shinde received a lot of love from women, farmers and senior citizens."
Samajwadi Party leader ST Hasan alleged that the elections in Maharashtra were "rigged". "Our electoral system is defective. We do not trust this system...We feel that rigging is being done in the elections," Hasan said.

As Jharkhand is a small state, such things didn't happen there and the opposition (INDIA alliance) won the elections there...A lot of components are involved in this EVM, administration, police, etc. We have to change this system to protect democracy," he added.

Attacking the Congress over its allegation of manipulation of EVMs in Maharashtra, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said, "...Whenever they (Congress) lose the elections, they blame the Election Commission and EVM for that...According to them, in Jharkhand, J&K and Wayanad it was the victory of democracy but in Maharashtra, the democracy was defeated. They are questioning the public's conscience. Congress party keeps nepotism above democracy."
BJP took a dig at Congress over its poll debacle in Maharashtra saying the people who are blaming the EVM should know it were the same machines used in Jharkhand where results came in their favour. "Those who are blaming the EVM, I want to tell them that same EVMs were used in Jharkhand where the result came in your favour," said party spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari.
"They are not able to digest the fact that their 'Jhooth ki Dukaan' has been exposed from Maharashtra to Uttar Pradesh...If you (INDIA alliance) are blaming EVM for your defeat then you should resign from the states where you have formed the government...Congress means anti-democracy," he added.
