Manohar Parrikar last rites: Goa Chief Minister and former Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, who had been battling cancer for more than a year, died at his home in Panaji at the age of 63 on Sunday. The last rites are being performed with full State honours in Miramar, Goa.
