Kalyanmoy Gangopadhyay, President, WBBSE has confirmed that since the exams have been completed before the lockdown, the merit list will be published.WBBSE Board Madhyamik class 10 Exam Results 2020 has announced the much-awaited results in the morning today. The results will be uploaded on the respective website by 10:30 am.  Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday confirmed the news. July 15. Pass percentage: 86.34%



Of all the students who appeared in the examination, 86.34% passed the examination successfully. This is higher than the previous year pass percentage.

Pass percentage for previous year : Last year, in 2019, when results were declared, overall pass percentage was 86.07 percent and a total of 10,66,176 students had appeared for the exam.



Boys had performed better with a pass percentage of 89.97 percent while girls had recorded a pass percentage of 82.87 percent.

In a press conference, the WBBSE board president said that a total of 10,35,666 have appeared for the West Bengal Madhyamik exams out of which 5,65,668 are girls.
