TN HSC Result 2024 Live Updates: The Tamil Nadu School Education Board has announced the TN HSC 12th Result 2024 or Tamil Nadu TNDGE +2 HSE Results today, May 6, 2024. The results were declared at 9:30 am on the board's official website. Students who appeared for the Tamil Nadu class 12th board exams, which were conducted from March 1 to 22, 2024, will need their registration number and date of birth to access their results. A total of 7,60,606 candidates appeared for the examination, out of which 7,19,196 successfully passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 94.56%. Among the passed candidates, 3,93,890 were female, with a pass percentage of 96.44%, while 3,25,305 were male, achieving a pass percentage of 92.37%. Last year, 7,55,451 students successfully cleared the Tamil Nadu class 12th exams. Out of these, 4,05,753 were girls, and 3,49,697 were boys. The overall pass rate was 94.03%, with girls achieving a pass percentage of 96.38% and boys achieving 91.45%.This year, more than eight lakh students appeared for the TN HSC class 12th examinations 2024. To pass the TN HSC examinations, students are required to score a minimum of 35 out of 100 marks in each subject. Students failing to meet this passing criteria will be declared fail.
