MSBSHSE HSC theory examinations were held from March 4 to April 7, 2022, and practical exams were held from February 14 to March 3, 2022. In case students are unsatisfied with their results they can apply for a re-evaluation after June 10 on the official website- verification.mh-hsc.ac.in in the prescribed format for the application, according to media reports.

Maharashtra HSC Result 2022 LIVE: Over 14 lakh students were awaiting the HSC results in the state, they can check the results by visiting the official websites or mh12.abpmajha.com. The result link was activated at 1 pm since the result was announced at 11 am in a press conference today. Students must note that there are several websites to check the result, due to the traffic there maybe some delay or the website may not open properly, they are advised to keep trying.

Maharashtra HSC Result 2022 LIVE: The Konkan division in the state registered the highest pass percentage of 97.21, followed by Nagpur - 96.52 per cent, Amaravati - 96.34 per cent, Latur- 95.25 per cent, Kolhapur- 95.07 per cent), Nashik- 95.03 per cent), Aurangabad- 94.97 per cent, Pune- 93.61 per cent, while the Mumbai division recorded the lowest pass percentage of 90.91. Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, MSBSHSE has declared the 12th result. The overall passing percentage of class XII students in the state this year was 94.22%. Girls take over boys.

At 1:00 pm, students will be able to check their results by visiting the official website - mahahsscboard.in. 14,85,191 had registered for the exams this year out of which, the number of girls was 6,68,003 and boys is 8,17,188.

However, it is likely the Board will grant grace marks to students who didn't make the cut, this is yet to be confirmed and will only be known after the results are out. Gaikwad tweeted on Tuesday, “Result of Higher Secondary Certificate (E. 12th) examination conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education in March-April 2022 as per the working procedure of the Board. Will be released online. # HSC #results.”
“The subject wise edited marks of the students registered for the examination through 9 divisional education boards namely Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur, Konkan will be available on the next official website after 1 pm tomorrow,” added the state education minister
This year, a total of 14,85,191 students had registered for the exam. Of these, 8,17,188 are boys and 6,68,003 are girls. The Maharashtra HSC exam 2022 was held from March 4 to April 7, 2022.

Candidates have to secure 35 percent in each subject and overall to pass the HSC 12th exam. However, students unable to secure the minimum marks may be awarded grace marks on certain conditions. MSBSHSE has decided not to fail any student this year, though this will be only confirmed after the final results are announced.
Last year 99.63 percent of students passed the HSC exam, which was announced in August. The pass percentage for the Science stream was 99.45 percent, Arts- 99.83 percent, Commerce- 99.91 percent. Since the exam was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the state government decided to take into account the marks of the 10th, 11th, and 12th for assessment.
