The Gujarat Education Minister congratulates all the students who have cleared the Class 12 Science stream board exams whose results were declared today. The Education Minister expressed good wishes for the bright future of those who passed and encouraged students who were not successful to strive towards their goals with more dedication and perseverance.
Morbi district stands first with the highest result recorded with 83.22 percent.
The pass percentage of boys was higher than that of girls, with 66.32 percent boys passing the exam as compared to 64.66 percent girls.
The overall pass percentage for the Gujarat Board 12th exams is 65.58 percent, which is a significant decline from last year's pass percentage of 72.07 percent.

Last year, GSEB declared 68,681 students passed out of the 95,361 students who appeared for the Class 12th (Science) examination. The pass percentage for Group A students with Mathematics was 78.40 percent, while Group B students with Biology recorded a pass percentage of 68.58 percent.

GUJCET Result 2023 Released
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has also released the GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test) 2023 Result today. Candidates who appeared for the GUJCET 2023 Exam will be able to check their GUJCET 2023 Result from the official website - gujcet.gseb.org. To view and download the result, candidates will be required to login to the official portal using their login credentials.
The GUJCET 2023 Exam was conducted by GSEB on April 3, 2023, in a single shift from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The exam was conducted in online CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. It is an annual entrance exam organized by the GSEB for admission to B.E, B.Tech, and B.Pharma programmes in various colleges in Gujarat.
The duration of the exam was three hours, and the online application process was open until January 31. After conducting the exam, the GSEB released the GUJCET 2023 Answer Key on April 14 and allowed objections/challenges against the answer key till April 18, 2023.
