The post-narco test of accused Aftab in the Shraddha murder case went on for about 1 hour 45 minutes in Delhi's Tihar Jail today where many questions were answered by Aftab. This test was to be done in the office of FSL, but keeping in view the security of Aftab, a team of 4 members of FSL and the investigation officer of the case reached inside Tihar Jail, where a room inside the administrative block was prepared for Aftab's post narco test.
According to the sources, after matching the polygraph and narco test, Aftab's answers in which there seemed to be a difference or doubt were once again asked. According to sources, there was no visible wrinkle on Aftab's face during the question-answer session. Aftab also told the officials that he was not hiding anything.
After the completion of the narco test, Aftab, accused in the Shraddha murder case told FSL and the team of doctors that he told the same truth in the narco test which he said in front of the Delhi Police. According to the sources close to ABP news, about 30 questions were asked from Aftab during the narco test.
Aftab spewed out the serial story of the murder in the narco test. My truth is what I have said and I am not lying, Aftab said.

After the narco analysis test of Aftab Poonawalla, accused in the Shraddha Walkar murder case, was completed on Thursday, a four-member team will visit the Central jail tomorrow for the 'Post-Narco Test Interview'. According to the prison officials, the arrangement was made keeping in view the security of the accused who has recently attacked outside the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) office in Delhi.
"Four member team of Forensic Science Laboratory and Investigating officer will visit the Central jail tomorrow for the 'Post-Narco Test Interview'. This arrangement has been made given the high risk involved in the transportation of Aftab," the prison officials said.
Aftab's narco analysis test was conducted at the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital in the national capital's Rohini, Delhi Police officials said earlier today.
Aftab was brought by Delhi Police from Tihar jail where he is currently lodged, to the Rohini hospital around 9 am for a narco test after a Delhi court permitted the analysis. The narco test was conducted by a team of FSL officials which includes a photo expert, forensic psychology expert and one doctor of forensic medicine, and the Nodal Officer, Narco, Ambedkar Hospital.
Delhi Police said that earlier during a polygraph test conducted at the Forensic Science Laboratory office in the national capital, Aftab had confessed to killing Shraddha in May this year and chopping her body into many pieces. He is also alleged to have stored the chopped body parts in a refrigerator and gradually disposed them of.
The Rohini FSL team has completed the narco test of accused Aftab and it said that the examination lasted for over 2 hours.
Sagar Preet Hooda, special CP (Law & Order), Delhi police has informed that accused Aftab's narco test began today morning and is currently underway.

Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Rohini on Sunday said the remaining sessions of the polygraph test on Aaftab Amin Poonawala, accused of brutally killing his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar, will be conducted on Monday. As these sessions are pending, the narco analysis is likely to get postponed by a few more days, a senior official said.
"The remaining polygraph sessions will be conducted on Monday," Head of the Department of Crime Scene Management at FSL, Rohini, Sanjeev Gupta, said.
Sources have told that Aftab, the accused in the Shraddha murder case, had a little stressful first night in jail after being sent to judicial custody by a court.
-He was brought to Tihal Jail number 4 and was put in the cell with two other inmates, so as to prevent any wrong step he would want to take.
-He only talked in English whenever the inmates tried to interact with him.
-He ate food as per the jail manual and slept through the entire time.
-He was being monitored through CCTV for the entire duration.
Aftab's narco test may be done on Monday. Delhi Police and FSL sources have informed that if Aftab's health is fine on Monday, his narco test will be done.

Aaftab Amin Poonawala, the accused in the Mehrauli murder, arrived at the Forensic Science Laboratory in Delhi on Friday for his second polygraph test. On Thursday, he endured an almost eight-hour marathon polygraph exam. However, because he was ill, staff at the institution found it impossible to record his remarks.
Ajit Pawar, the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), on Friday stated that the murder case of Shraddha Walkar should be handled by a fast-track court and that anyone found guilty should face the "harshest" penalty, news agency PTI reported.
Pawar told reporters that if any police officer is discovered to have neglected their duties, an investigation should be conducted.
Asked about Shah's statement, the NCP leader said, "Instead of leveling allegations against each other, if any police officer or a police constable is found guilty of dereliction of duty, an inquiry should take place." Pawar further said that a fast-track court should be set up to hear the case and the guilty should be punished.
A message should go to the society that such an act only deserves capital punishment, he said.
"The harshest should be given to the guilty so that no one musters courage to commit such a crime in future," the NCP leader said.
The police have found the hotel in Tosh, Himachal Pradesh where Shraddha and Aftab stayed together in April.
Police teams of Delhi and Himachal Pradesh have asked hotels in the area to the guest list of people who stayed there in April. One of the hotel owners informed that the couple arrived at his hotel on April 6. They made online payments and Aftab also gave his Aadhar card.
Cannabis plants can be seen around the hotel where the couple stayed. Police have earlier found contacts of drug peddlers from Aftab’s mobile.
Faridabad police contacted the Delhi police after it found a suitcase with body parts inside in Surajkund on Thursday. It said the samples will be kept aside in case Delhi police wants to conduct a DNA test.
Police said Aftab had used multiple sharp-edged weapons to chop Shraddha's body. Police have recovered at least five large knives/choppers from his house that have been sent to the forensic lab for tests.
FSL director Deepa Verma said that Aftab's polygraph test is still going on. "The test may go on till the night. If needed, the test may continue tomorrow. After this, there will be a post-polygraph test as well."
Rajat Shukla, a friend of Shraddha, said that Aftab used to inflict burn injuries on her with cigarettes. "But she wanted to give him another chance," he said.
Suspecting that Aftab dumped Shraddha's mobile in a waterbody in Mumbai's Bhayandar, the police have launched a search. Local divers have been engaged for the search operation.
Aftab Amin Poonawala, who is currently undergoing polygraph test in the killing of her live-in partner Sharaddha Walkar, may have used more than one weapon in cutting up of the victim's body, police sources told ABP News. The Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea to transfer the Shraddha murder case from Delhi Police to the Central Bureau of Investigation terming it as "publicity interest litigation", reported news agency PTI.
A bench of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Subramonium Prasad said instead of a public interest litigation (PIL), it was a "publicity interest litigation" and "not a single ground" was made out.
Aftab Amin Poonawala's polygraph test could not get completed on Wednesday since he was down with fever and cold, said the Police, reported news agency PTI.
A senior official at Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Rohini said that investigators informed them that Poonawala is down with fever and cold and so he could be brought for the polygraph test. The test will continue only after he gets well, the official added.
The delay in completion of the polygraph test also means that the narco test on Poonawala, cannot be conducted on Thursday.
Mumbai BJP chief Ashish Shelar on Wednesday questioned Maharashtra Police's alleged failure into taking strong action on complaint filed by Shraddha Walkar in November 2020 in which she had stated the her live-in partner Aftab Poonawala had tried to kill her. Shelar demanded a probe to see whether her complaint was deliberately suppressed and if the police were under pressure to not investigate her complaint.
"I saw the letter (Shraddha's complaint to Police in 2020) and it has very serious allegations. We will have to investigate why was no action taken. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything but if action is not taken on such a letter, such incidents happen. It will be investigated. Maybe she could have been saved had action been taken," news agency ANI quoted Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis as saying.

Subsequent interrogation of the accused revealed that Aftab killed Shraddha on May 18 after which he started researching ways to dispose of the body. He also borrowed ideas on disposal from popular crime shows on his streaming devices, Delhi Police revealed.
He also told police that he read up on human anatomy before chopping his girlfriend's body.
Police said after browsing on the internet for ways to remove all traces of his crime, Aftab mopped blood stains from the floor of the couple's Chhatarpur apartment with some chemicals and also disposed of all stained clothes. He then shifted the body to the bathroom and bought a refrigerator where he hoarded the chopped body parts, police further informed.
