The phenomenon of Congress revival from the ashes, as it were, in the Telugu-speaking state of Telangana is the coming together of various elements, all of which conspired to usher the grand old party to the fore once again in what was its former bastion that stuck with the Congress even after Emergency when North India had voted out Indira Gandhi.  Today’s Telangana, carved out of the combined Andhra Pradesh ten years ago, chose to remember its benefactor instrumental in the
