Apple will unveil the iOS 18 release on September 16. Unveiled at the 'Glowtime' iPhone 16 launch event, this update will introduce various Apple Intelligence features, enhancing the latest OS.

Users can now organise app icons and widgets freely on the Home Screen, offering a more personalised and distinctive layout. Additionally, Dark Mode icons and adjustable color tints will also be there.
The Control Center will be revamped. Users will be able to resize controls, including those from third-party apps, and integrate them more smoothly with the Lock Screen and Action Button for a more cohesive experience.
Photos app will get a revamped interface that organises memories by events, trips, and collections. A new Clean Up tool will further make it easier to remove unwanted elements from photos.
iOS 18 will bring satellite messaging for off-grid communication, animated text effects, and a new Send Later feature for scheduling messages. It will also support RCS, enabling richer interactions with non-iMessage users.
Safari will introduce a revamped Reader mode for enhanced readability, along with a new Distraction Control feature to block unwanted content. Maps will now offer topographic views, hiking trails, and offline functionality for better navigation.
Game Mode will enhance response times and frame rates, while AirPods will receive improvements in Siri interactions, voice isolation, and customised spatial audio experiences.
