Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra brings a host of AI features like Live Translate and Circle to Search, among others. Here are quick first impressions of it:

The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is sleeker and sturdier than last year's S23 Ultra.

The overall flattened design and panel enhances the doodling and note-taking capabilities with the integrated S Pen, which comes with a matte finish and very feels light.

With a sleeker and sturdier design, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is a step up from last year's Galaxy S23 Ultra.

It is a big phone and may not be that good for single-handed use. The 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen is bright and beautiful.

It comes with tons of AI capabilities and other major flagship devices are likely to follow suite. The AI capabilities I liked the most is Circle to Search.

The big AMOLED panel has a layer of Corning Gorilla Armor atop, for better durability. It is 4X more resistant to scratches compared to S23 Ultra's display.

It has a very capable quad rear camera set-up dominated by a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 200MP wide camera, a 50MP telephoto sensor and a 10MP telephoto camera.

The titanium on the Galaxy S24 Ultra renders a delightful finish and it is slightly rough and has a granular touch.

The titanium material will greatly enhance the phone's durability without adding weight. The phone weighs 232 grams and the weight feels evenly distributed.
