Saif Ali Khan Returns Home Post Surgery With Kareena

Saif Ali Khan returned home from the hospital on Tuesday.

The actor underwent an elbow surgery at Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital.

He was admitted after an old injury got triggered while performing an action sequence for his upcoming movie.

Saif called the injury a part of 'Wear And Tear' of what they do as actors.

Saif waved at the paparazzi.

He was dressed in a dark blue t-shirt and jeans and wore a sling.

Kareena wore a checked shirt and black yoga pants.
