Popularly known as the ‘Tragedy King’ of Bollywood, Dilip Kumar was married to actress Saira Banu.

With an age difference of 22 years, Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu got married in 1966.

Saira Banu was just 22 years old when she tied the knot with 44 years old Dilip Kumar.

They have worked together in movies like Duniya, Bairaag, Gopi and Sagina.

Their jodi was loved both on-screen and off-screen.

Saira even revealed during one of her interviews that she fell in love with Dilip Kumar since she was 12.

Their love blossomed thanks to Saira’s mother Naseem Banu, who reportedly got them closer.

Dilip and Saira did not have any children. Reportedly, she had conceived in 1972 but her complications in pregnancy led to the child’s death.
