July 18 marks the death anniversary of Bollywood superstar Rajesh Khanna. In a career spanning over more than three decades, the actor bagged the title of the 'First Superstar of Indian Cinema'. Rajesh Khanna made his Bollywood debut with 'Aakhri Khat' in 1966 that became India's first official Oscar entry. With his back-to-back blockbusters in the 1970s, there was no looking back for the actor. Popularly called 'Kaka', Rajesh Khanna was known for his unique acting style. From 'Aradhana' to 'Maryada', he had 15 consecutive hit films to his credit in the 1970s. His iconic role in the film 'Anand' marked his place as one of the stalwarts of acting.
