Summer Snacks Recipe: Know How To Prepare Paneer Tikka Chaat Salad

Method to prepare:

Prepare a marination paste consisting of salt, black pepper, lemon juice, coriander, green chilli, garlic and minced ginger

Marinate the paneer cubes in the paste

Grill the marinated paneer cube

Heat some oil in the pan and cook the remaining paste to get rid of the garlic-ginger rawness

Proceed to saute the paneer in the cooked paste

Cut the paneer cubes into bite size pieces once cooled

Toss with chopped cucumber, mint, onion and tomato

Place the lettuce on the plate and serve the salad
