Summer Salad Recipe: Know How To Prepare Tuscan Panzanella Salad Ingredients: Method To Prepare: Soak bread with water and vinegar for 30 minutes. Place chopped onions into a bowl with cold water for 30 minutes. Place the tomatoes and celery into a bowl, squeeze the liquid out of the bread, crumble the bread on top of the tomatoes, do not mix! Drain the onions and sprinkle them on top of the bread. Add the shredded basil leaves, cover bowl with cling film and refrigerate for ½ hour. Season with salt and pepper, add olive oil and toss well.
