Summer Recipes: Know How To Prepare Coriander Rice

Method To Prepare:

Fry Cashew nut for garnishing

Take frying pan pour ghee and add onion chopped, Cashew Nut, and tossed for 1minutes.

Add Chopped Coriander and add boiled basmati rice, again tossed for few minutes

Add Salt to taste.

Fry Cashew nut on top of the coriander rice for garnishing

Serve hot with Malabar chicken.
