Sea Food Starter Recipes: Know How To Prepare Beer Batter Fish And Chips

To prepare tartare sauce, mix mayonnaise chopped pickles lemon juice and adjust seasoning and chill before serve along side fish and chips.

Combine flour, baking powder, seasoning in a bowl and then whisk chilled beer and soda and adjust ribbon consistency of the batter with soda. Keep refrigerate and whisk well before use.

Marinate fish with salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard and lemon juice for 2 hours before frying.

Heat oil at 140 Degree Celsius, dip fish pieces in the batter and fry in heated oil of 5-6 minutes until golden brown, along with skin on French fries.

Keep aside on cooling rack tray for the excessive oil to drip out and season chips well with crushed sea salt.

Prepare the salad with processed rocket lettuce with olive oil seasoning and orange segments.

Remove excess oil shaking the fish in paper towel.

Combine fried fish, potato chips, salad, tartare sauce and lemon wedges 

Serve hot.
