Know How To Prepare Roasted Broccoli, Peanut, Sesame Salad

Preheated oven at 220 degree celcius.
Put the broccoli to the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt and cracked black pepper.
Roast until the broccoli is lightly charred and tender.
Meanwhile in a mixing bowl put the peanut butter, maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar and warm water, whisk well to combine.
Remove the broccoli form the oven and top it with the spicy peanut sauce, sesame seeds, scallions and crushed peanuts.
Add a squeeze of fresh lime and serve with extra lime wedges to relish.
