To Prepare 'Vrat Wale Nachos'
Peel and thinly slice potatoes & soak in cold water.
In a bowl, mix together buckwheat flour, rock salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Add water to make a batter.
Coat the potato slices in the batter and deep fry till crispy.
Arrange the prepared potato chips in a plate. Add chopped tomatoes and cucumber, grated daikon radish, finely chopped green chilies, shredded lettuce, foxnut, peanuts and pomegranate seeds.
Mix hung curd and lemon zest. Add dollops of it along with the toppings.
Drizzle lemon juice on top.
Mix together Rock salt, Pepper, Chilly Flakes and Cumin Powder.
Sprinkle the prepared masala over the nachos and serve.
