Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to feature 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage in Europe, with a 1TB variant anticipated in select markets.

It boasts a 6.73-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a 1440p resolution and an impressive peak brightness of 3,000 nits.

The screen supports HDR10+ and incorporates a biometric authentication fingerprint scanner.

On the rear, a prominent camera island with LEICA branding accommodates flash modules and a quad-camera setup.

The camera ensemble comprises a primary 50MP camera with a 1-inch type sensor, an ultrawide unit, a telephoto unit with 3.2x zoom, and a periscope telephoto unit offering 5x zoom.
