The 68th Annual Grammy Awards will take place on February 1, 2026, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The event will be broadcast live on CBS and streamed on Paramount+, making it accessible to global music fans.
For the first time, the Grammys will honour visual storytelling in music with a brand-new Best Album Cover category.
The two former packaging awards—Best Recording Package and Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package—have been merged for a more streamlined approach.
Albums sold directly through artists' or labels' websites will now be eligible for craft categories, reflecting evolving music distribution models.
Country categories have been refreshed: Best Country Album becomes Best Contemporary Country Album, and a new Best Traditional Country Album has been added.
Composers, lyricists, and librettists will now officially receive Grammy recognition alongside performers and producers on winning classical projects.
