The Congress on Friday released the first list of candidates for 39 Lok Sabha constituencies

in the states of Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, and Sikkim.

Congress general secretary K C Venugopal will contest from Alappuzha in Kerala.
