Covid cases are once again witnessing an uptick in the country

WHO has classified JN.1 as a separate variant of interest

Centre has asked states and union territories to maintain constant vigil

Union health minister Mansukh Mandaviya reviewed preparedness of health facilities

Mandaviya asked hospitals to be prepared and said no need to panic

He also told officials to undertake mock drills every three months
