Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya officially tied the knot on December 4 in a traditional Telugu wedding ceremony.
For her wedding, Sobhita wore two culturally significant sarees: a gold pattu saree and a madhuparkam saree.
Pattu refers to silk fabric, and the saree was embellished with intricate zari work, symbolizing wealth, prosperity, and the importance of marital bonds.
After the Gowri Puja, Sobhita changed into the madhuparkam saree, a traditional white and red saree worn during the tying of the mangalsutra. It represents purity, devotion, fertility, and prosperity.
The madhuparkam saree features a white or off-white base with a contrasting red border, marking the transition into married life.
Sobhita accessorised her bridal look with exquisite gold jewellery, including temple-inspired pieces like layered necklaces, jhumkas, and a maang tikka.
Her makeup was elegant with a dewy base, soft brown eyeshadow, bold kajal, and a nude lip, giving her a refined bridal look.
Sobhita styled her hair in a sleek, neatly parted bun adorned with fresh jasmine flowers, adding a traditional touch to her appearance.
The actress's choice of ethnic sarees and elegant styling showcased her regal charm while honoring South Indian wedding traditions.
