Mercedes-Benz has the largest product range in India and amongst them it includes various body styles including SUV coup.
Continuing its product launch strategy for 2024, the German luxury brand has brought out the updated GLE 53 AMG.
The car gets visual tweaks inside out but from the outside, while the coupe shape remains, the look is new and the styling is on the aggressive side with being wider and sportier than the standard GLE.
At the front you see new Multibeam LED headlights with a new lighting signature, new bumper design, the new AMG logo and grille with vertical slats.
AMG specific touches include tuned suspension, brakes and steering while you can change to a louder exhaust too via the steering wheel controls.
Inside, there is a new look AMG steering wheels with touch sensitive buttons on them.
The steering wheel itself has a shortcut button to modulate the exhaust and the dynamic settings.
The six cylinder turbo powertrain now has a mild hybrid system with an electric boost which increases power to 560Nm and 420bhp. As a result, 0-100 km/h drops to 5 seconds. Standard is a 9 speed automatic with all wheel drive.
