Noida DM Suhas LY has clinched a Silver medal in the ongoing Tokyo Paralympics. Not only Suhas' family but the whole country is proud of his achievement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi rang DM Suhas up too and congratulated him. DM Suhas told that one of PM's lines had been boosting his morale time and again.
