Skymet Report: Rain in Chennai, parts of Tamil Nadu expected

The city of Chennai has remained dry, but few spells of rains were seen over the nearby districts including Tirupati. In the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Udhagamandalam saw 15 mm of rains while Dharmapuri recorded a good 21 mm of rains.
