Revoking Article 370 Is Nothing Revolutionary: Soli Sorabjee

Former Attorney General Soli Sorabjee on Bill moved in Rajya Sabha today, to revoke Article 370: I don't think there is anything revolutionary here. It's a political decision even though it is not a wise decision.
