War Update: Tehran Under Heavy Airstrikes as Israel Claims Hits on 200 Targets Across Iran
The conflict in the Middle East has entered its seventh day with intense bombardment reported in Tehran, the capital of Iran. Multiple videos circulating online show powerful explosions, rising flames, and thick smoke clouds spreading across parts of the city as airstrikes continued overnight. Residents reported hearing repeated blasts as missiles and drones struck several areas, forcing people to remain indoors amid growing fear. According to statements from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Israeli operations have targeted more than 200 locations across Iran since the conflict escalated. Military officials claim that over 2,500 strikes have been conducted, with more than 6,000 munitions deployed against facilities believed to store weapons, ammunition, and missile systems. The attacks were not limited to Tehran. Strikes were also reported in other Iranian cities, including Bukan, where explosions damaged buildings in a densely populated area. Israeli officials allege that the site housed operatives linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Meanwhile, missile launches linked to Iran were reportedly seen in the skies over Palestine, raising tensions further across the region. As both sides continue exchanging attacks, analysts warn that the conflict could expand further unless diplomatic efforts succeed in halting the violence.
