Taliban Cabinet 2.0: How is it? Who all are elevated as ministers?

Taliban has finally announced Mullah Hasan Akhund as the new leader of the government in Afghanistan. Taliban spokesperson made the announcement on Tuesday. Taliban co-founder Abdul Ghani Baradar will be one of the two deputies to Akhund in the new Taliban regime.

Mullah Abdus Salam is another deputy to Akhund.

But why is the cabinet being questioned? The reason is that many ministers are still on the UN's restricted list
