Middle East conflict: Strait of Hormuz Crisis Pushes Middle East Toward Fresh Conflict

Tensions between United States and Iran are escalating again despite an ongoing ceasefire, with disputes over the Strait of Hormuz and Iran’s enriched uranium program at the center. Both sides remain firm—Iran refuses to move its uranium stockpile, while Donald Trump has warned of military action if negotiations fail.
