Massive Strikes: Operation Epic Fury Targets Iranian Military Bases
The conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States has entered its eighth day with heavy airstrikes and retaliatory attacks across the region. Under a major military campaign called Operation Epic Fury, U.S. and Israeli forces reportedly carried out large-scale strikes on Iranian military infrastructure in the last 24 hours. Targets included the Iranian Air Force headquarters, naval command centers, submarines, and missile launch facilities. Meanwhile, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent warned that the “largest bombing” against Iranian missile launchers could take place soon. At the same time, U.S. President Donald Trump held a high-level meeting with defense companies at the White House and agreed to increase weapons production fourfold, signaling preparations for a prolonged war. The conflict has also spread beyond Iran and Israel. A major explosion was reported near Dubai International Airport in Dubai, raising concerns about the war expanding into Gulf countries. Iran has continued retaliatory attacks on U.S. bases and allied locations across the region, increasing fears of a wider Middle East conflict.
