In a strong statement, Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, declared that Iran will respond to its enemies with full force and will not allow even “one inch” of its territory to be taken. According to estimates, Iran currently possesses about 450 kilograms of uranium enriched to around 60%, which could potentially be used for nuclear weapons development. Experts say that deploying special forces inside Iran to secure the stockpile would represent a major escalation. The uranium is believed to be stored deep underground and protected by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, making any such operation extremely difficult and potentially expanding the conflict further.
