WHO approves FIRST Vaccine for Malaria

The World Health Organization has approved the use of the world's first vaccine against malaria. The WHO has taken this decision after reviewing the pilot project program that started in Ghana, Kenya and Malawi which started in 2019.  Mosquito-borne malaria kills more than 400,000 people each year, mostly African children.
