Shops and vehicles torched, stones pelted on streets of Delhi | Panchnama

Violence broke out on the streets of Delhi as vehicles were torched, shops were set ablaze and stones were pelted as mob took over parts of national capital. Delhi Police seemed unable to control the situation as 10 people lost their lives in the violence.
