Sharjeel Imam being taken to Delhi on transit remand

Bihar: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student Sharjeel Imam, who was booked for sedition is being taken to Patna airport. Jehanabad court granted his transit remand to Delhi Police, yesterday.
Recently, the police carried out a raid at Imam's ancestral house in Jehanabad after the central agencies investigating the cases lodged against Imam sought help.
