Sensex Of Truth: Did Kejriwal give clean-chit to Tablighi Jamaat?

According to a claim made on a website that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has given a clean-chit to Tablighi Jamaat and written a letter to the Ministry of Home Affairs claiming that it is an innocent group.  However, the Delhi government has rubbished these claims.
