Rahul Gandhi was misled in Bihar elections: Cong leader Shakeel-uz-Zaman

Congress leader Shakeel-uz-Zaman has put up serious allegations on the party's Bihar election in-charge Shaktisinh Gohil and Avinash Pandey for misleading Rahul Gandhi in Bihar elections. 

He said that they mismanaged the situation in Bihar and joined hands with the 'other' party for the tickets.
