The chief of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence, Gen Faiz Hameed, arrived in the Afghan capital of Kabul at the invitation of the Taliban. According to the report, he was there to discuss the future of both countries. Pakistan's agenda to have a good relationship with Kabul is not hidden from anyone and this meeting indicates that ISI wants to use Afghan soil as a base to flourish their plans.
