NCP's Jayant Patil: I hope Governor will make Balasaheb Thorat Pro-Tem Speaker

Jayant Patil, NCP: I hope the Governor will listen to us and make Balasaheb Thorat, the senior most member of the House, the Pro-Tem Speaker. The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the Maharashtra Government to conduct a floor test to prove its majority in the House by 5 p.m. on Wednesday after considering the competing claims of the opposition parties.
