Kalicharan, the saint who insulted Mahatma Gandhi in the Dharma Sansad of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, was arrested from Khajuraho today. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister, Narottam Mishra has objected to the arrest of Kalicharan. He said that this is a violation of the interstate protocol.
