J&K: Specially-abled social worker Javed Tak to get Padma Shri; Know his story

Javed Ahmad Tak hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, a specially-abled social worker, who is among the 118 awardees to be conferred with the Padma Shri Award, has been working for specially-abled children for over two decades, by providing them free education, material aid and motivation.  He had received a spinal injury during a militant attack and is wheel-chair bound since then.
