J&K petitions: 'Will challenge restrictions in other states as well,' says Tehseen Poonawalla

Tehseen Poonawalla, who was one of the petitioners challenging the Centre's decision to impose restrictions on the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir, while talking to ABP News after Supreme court's verdict, said he will challenge the government over other states as well where BJP has banned internet services. He also said that Article 19, 14 and 21 are basic structures of the Constitution, and internet services are now basic fundamental rights. Tehseen had filed petition against internet ban in J&K.
