WB Guv attacks state's security establishment, says Al-Qaeda spreading in Bengal

In a scathing attack on Mamata Banerjee, Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankar said that Bengal's security is in shambles and illegal bomb-making is rampant in the state which is paving way for Al-Qaeda to grow. He outrightly questioned the state's administration and held them accountable.
