Was Mumbai University professor sacked for criticising Rahul Gandhi?

Allegations are being levelled against Congress, who is a part of the coalition in power in Maharashtra, that Yogesh Soman, Director of Theatre Arts in Mumbai University, has been sent on administrative leave for criticizing Rahul Gandhi's jibe on Savarkar.

Soman has also appeared in popular Bollywood films like Uri and Drishyam. He criticised Rahul for Gandhi scion's "I am not Rahul Savarkar" remark.
